Guest Passes

We do not offer package holidays, meaning that if our guests require Entertainment Passes these must be purchased separately through us (As directed by the Park) 

Please note that we as private owners make no commission from Entertainment Passes. We have to purchase Entertainment Passes for our private guests as Away Resorts have decided they do not want to sell them to private guests directly.

The Entertainment Passes we purchase on behalf of guests are sold on at cost price, it is Away Resorts who are responsible for setting the ‘peak and off peak periods’ and prices. Any complaints regarding Away Resorts pricing, facilities, events, food or drink etc should be taken up with Away Resorts. Rays Retreats take no responsibility for Away Resorts facilities nor are we connected to Away Resorts in any way other than private owner whose lodge are sited on their land.

To purchase passes please email us on raysretreatstattershall@gmail.com with your accommodation name, dates and booking reference number and we will be able to advise on the process and how we can arrange for these to be purchased. You will then receive them closer to your arrival.

  • How do I receive my passes?
    These will be emailed to you from raysretreatstattershall@gmail.com closer to your break
  • What Time Is Check In & Departure
    Check In is 15:00pm on the day of arrival and departure is 10:00am.
  • How much are passes for my break?
    These can be purchased by emailing us on raysretreatstattershall@gmail.com where we can arrange payment and get these processed for you.
  • How Do I Secure A Booking?
    A booking can be made on our online portal, a break is secured through paying the £100 deposit then the full balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival
  • How much are the passes for my break

  • Do you accept Dogs?
    Yes we do, the maximum we allow is two dogs. The 1st is free and the 2nd dog is a £30 fee
  • How do I know what's open during my stay?

  • Are Passes Included In Your Stay
    Passes are not included. Entertainment Passes must be purchased separately through us (as Away Resorts have insisted).
